Pre-Assembled, Pre-Configured Deployment
Each rolling server rack is fully pre-assembled and configured in advance to match the specific requirements of your event or site. On deployment day, we deliver the rack, run and dress all cabling (following industry standards used in stage audio/video & lighting setups), and perform a full system test.

Our team assigns staff to their designated monitoring or support posts, and we push out test connections to all the devices and users listed on your event manifest—ensuring everyone is online, connected, and ready before the event begins.

Bronze Package (40–250 Users)

Best for: Small festivals, weddings, receptions, concerts, film locations, pop-up events, community gatherings, training seminars, plowing match, fair and circus, auctions, estate sales and more.

1. 1. 1× UniFi AP-AC Pro or U6 Pro (up to ~250 clients)
   2. UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 (basic) for controller management
   3. 1× Starlink Mini terminal + Ethernet adapter
   4. 1× LTE backup modem (failover)
   5. PoE switch (8-port) + surge protection
   6. Optional camera coverage: up to 4 UniFi G4 Bullet cameras with Cloud Key NVR storage

   2. UniFi Cloud Key Gen2+ (advanced) with Protect storage
   3. 2× Starlink terminals (dual WAN) + LTE failover

   5. UniFi NVR (UNVR) + 6× UniFi G4 cameras for coverage
   6. Advanced VLAN/QoS segmentation (guest/staff/cameras)

Gold Package (1,000+ Users, High Density)

Best for: Large outdoor festivals, corporate events, high-traffic sites, temporary command centers

Hardware Included:

1. 1. 1× UniFi WiFi BaseStation XG (UWB-XG) (supports up to 1,500 concurrent users)
   2. UniFi Dream Machine SE (controller + gateway) for LAN segmentation & Protect
   3. 2× Starlink terminals + 1× LTE failover modem (Peplink SD-WAN for bonding/failover)
   4. UniFi Pro PoE++ switch (24-port) + UPS
   5. UNVR-Pro NVR with extended storage + 10× UniFi G4/G5 Pro cameras

Remote admin & monitoring via UniFi Cloud and InControl2
